CPH T3

"The overall design of Terminal 3 was inspired by an aircraft wing and consists of two double, curved trinagles on either side of a ribbon skylight that runs the length of the building. From the moment they arrive at the airport, this wing reminds passengers of the journey they are about to make. The distinctive row of 22 m columns that run through the building support the roof and allow the space below to be flooded with light, creating a feeling of almost monumental dimensions." Architect: Vilhelm Lauritzen AS (source: cph.dk).
